What’s Covered
This limited warranty covers manufacturing-related defects that affect normal product use, including:
- Faulty insulation or leakage caused by manufacturing errors
- Defects in materials or workmanship upon delivery
- Lids or components that do not function properly due to manufacturing issues
What’s Not Covered
The following situations are not covered under this warranty:
- Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, impact, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or color fading
- Damage caused by harsh chemicals or improper cleaning agents
- Products altered, modified, or repaired by unauthorized parties
Warranty Period
The TYESO limited warranty is valid for one year from the original purchase date.
How to Submit a Claim
To help us review your warranty request as quickly as possible, please prepare the following:
- Your proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or original receipt
- Clear photos or videos showing the issue
- A short description of the problem you are experiencing

What Happens Next
After reviewing your claim, TYESO may, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same item or a comparable alternative. Replacement products or components may be provided in new or equivalent condition.
