TYESO products are protected by a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is valid from the original purchase date and applies only to purchases from authorized retailers or directly through TYESO.com.

What is Covered?

This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including:

Exclusions

The following conditions are not covered by this warranty:

Warranty Duration

Warranty Claim Process

Resolution

After reviewing your claim, TYESO will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product with the same or a comparable item. Replacement products or components may be new or refurbished.
