Shipping Policy

TYESO Shipping Policy

Shipping Origin

All TYESO orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China. We carefully select shipping partners to ensure your package arrives in a timely manner. Our primary logistics providers are YunTu and 4PX, two trusted companies with extensive shipping networks and efficient delivery routes. Their wide range of shipping options allows us to choose the most suitable service for each order, balancing speed and reliability to meet your expectations.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email. We begin preparing your order immediately after it is verified.

Order Processing

We strive to process your order as swiftly as possible. Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your package has been shipped.

Delivery Timeframe

The estimated delivery timeframe will vary depending on your location and the selected shipping method. Typical delivery times are as follows:

  • USA: 5-9 business days
  • Canada: 7-15 business days
  • Europe: 10-15 business days
  • International: 10-30 business days

Shipping Fees

  • For orders to Thailand, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, Macau, and Hong Kong:
    • Orders below $14.99: $3 shipping fee
    • Orders above $14.99: Free shipping
  • For other regions, shipping is free on orders over $49. For orders below this threshold, a $10 - $15 shipping fee may apply depending on the destination.

Expedited Shipping

For customers who require urgent delivery, we also offer expedited shipping options. If you require this service, please contact our support team at support@tyeso.com before placing your order to discuss available options and associated costs.

Important Notes

- We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (APO, FPO).
- Shipping times are estimated and subject to courier and postal service conditions. External factors such as severe weather, customs inspections, or labor strikes may occasionally cause delays.

Pre-Sale Items

If your order contains pre-sale items, your entire order will be held until the pre-sale items are in stock. Unfortunately, we do not currently support split shipments.

Customs and Import Duties

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and value-added taxes (VAT) imposed by their country's regulations. We will declare the value of your order accurately and truthfully according to the respective country's requirements. If you have concerns about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. We recommend checking the tracking status regularly for updates on your shipment's progress.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe or if your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team at support@tyeso.com. We will investigate the issue promptly and work with you to find a suitable solution.
