Yes. Remove the outer lid and use it as a drinking cup. Twist the inner stopper to pour without taking the stopper fully out.

• No Freezer:
  Do not place the bottle in the freezer. Liquids expand when frozen, which may damage the insulation or cause deformation.
• Avoid Direct Sunlight:
  Prolonged exposure to sunlight can fade colors and weaken the exterior coating. Store the bottle in a cool, dry place when not in use.
• Check for Wear Regularly:
  Inspect the lid, sealing gasket, and other parts from time to time. Replace worn components to maintain performance and leak resistance.
• Do Not Overfill:
  Leave some space at the top when filling with hot liquids to avoid spills and ensure a secure lid fit.
